A member of MrBiller bought a PinPayment extension recently and was quite unhappy with the product and the service. The product was not functioning properly and was not operating as it should have. When we called PayConnect's help center to ask for assistance we were given bad service and we felt upset at how we were treated.
The staff was unable to communicate with us in a pleasant manner and seemed to mock us when we explained our issue. Their manner of speaking to us was very unprofessional and not to the standard that an established company should be.
We did not have a good experience with their customer service and we hope that they work towards improving this for the future.
